As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will work in a warehouse handling cosmetic products and clothing items. You will be responsible for collecting and preparing customer orders while ensuring that all products are handled carefully and processed according to warehouse procedures.

Working Hours

The position operates in a 2-shift system:

07:30–16:30
09:30–18:30

During periods of high demand, an additional shift may be scheduled:

14:00–23:00

For working hours after 18:00, a 25% salary supplement applies.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you contribute to the efficient daily operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include:

Picking cosmetic products and clothing items according to customer orders.
Collecting the correct products and quantities using the warehouse picking system.
Preparing orders accurately and efficiently for further processing and shipment.
Checking products and orders for accuracy.
Handling products carefully to prevent damage.
Keeping your working area clean and organised.
Following warehouse procedures and health and safety regulations.
Working efficiently as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
Performing warehouse activities that may involve working at height.

Candidate Profile

Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is required.
You have a good command of the English language.
You are motivated, responsible and reliable.
You are comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
You are not afraid of heights.
You can work accurately while maintaining a good working pace.
You are flexible and willing to work according to the applicable shift schedule.
You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A valid Category B driving licence is considered an advantage.

Some candidates with a valid driving licence may also be asked to take responsibility for transporting colleagues to and from work. This is an additional responsibility and does not apply to every Order Picker.

Candidates who take on this driving responsibility will be provided with a company car and a fuel card for work-related transportation. The vehicle is intended for transporting themselves and assigned colleagues between the accommodation and the workplace.

There is no additional financial compensation for this driving responsibility.
