We are looking for a Cold Kitchen Cook for a Dutch restaurant in the ‘s-Hertogenbosch or Tilburg area. The position is intended for professionals who are interested in working in the Netherlands for a period of at least one year.

As you will be working in a Dutch and international working environment, a good command of the English language is essential for daily communication and cooperation with the team.

Responsibilities

As a Cold Kitchen Cook, you will be involved in the daily preparation and operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and professionalism. Your responsibilities include:

Preparing cold kitchen dishes and ingredients.
Preparing the necessary ingredients before and during restaurant service.
Following established recipes and plating specifications.
Ensuring the quality and proper handling of ingredients.
Keeping the workplace clean and organised.
Following food hygiene and safety procedures.
Carrying out daily tasks independently and responsibly.
Cooperating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Candidate Profile

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a cold kitchen.
You have a good command of the English language, at least at B1+ level.
A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred or may be required, depending on the specific requirements of the position.
For male candidates, completed military service obligations are required.
You are able to work independently and responsibly.
You have a team-oriented mindset and professional attitude.
You are reliable, responsible and pay attention to detail.
You can adapt easily to a new working environment.
You are interested in long-term cooperation for a minimum period of one year.

The Company Offers

A salary of €2,700–€3,000 gross per month.
The above salary includes the 8% holiday allowance.
25 days of paid annual leave.
